As a member, do I get new products every month?
You do! We curate new self care products and snacks each month, because our goal is to introduce you to new products you'll love. Your choice of menstrual products is the only thing that remains the same each month.
How do I change or cancel my membership?
You can adjust your shipping frequency, skip a month, or cancel your membership through your account on the online portal. Please be aware that once you're order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.Â
Shipping & Returns
Can I make returns?
Returns are accepted on some individual products but cannot be made for period underwear or menstrual products for health and safety reasons. Learn more about our store policies here. If you have a question about a return, contact us and our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.
How quickly can I expect my box after purchasing?
For our one time purchase period kits, we prep and pack in house. You can expect your package within 5-7 business days. We recommend you check out our subscription plans so you can have your box delivered in sync with your period!
